If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact us and describe the refund reason. Maybe we can solve the issue. Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you about our decision. Usually, we can’t make a refund because all our products are digital.

But we are responsible for the quality of our products and will provide a refund if it’s not as good as the demo version. Please keep in mind that we will not issue out a refund if the product does not support your theme, language, script or hosting capacity. if it works or breaks your site, if you are dissatisfied with our support, if support is delayed, or if you purchased it in error.

The return right applies to all products presented on the woodthemes.com website. We don’t refund money for any cancelled subscriptions.

If your refund is approved, we will return your money spent to your credit or debit card or PayPal account. You will receive them in a few days, depending on Stripe or PayPal’s policies.
